STARTUP ASSISTANCE

Parsons views startup and operations as part of an entire project, with increased manpower involvement and emphasis following the completion of construction and startup of the finished project. Our experience with startup, commissioning, and training ensures a trouble-free, smooth transition into operations.

Preparing the startup plan begins early in design. Startup plans establish the team approach, define takeover packages, establish acceptance procedures and documentation requirements, present overall startup procedures, and establish safety requirements. The startup schedule fits in with the general construction schedule.
